Service reliability at Kantesti

How the service is run, and where to check its status.

How the service works

The AI blood test analyzer reads your lab report and usually returns an informational report in under 60 seconds. At busy times, or during a technical problem, it can take longer.

The service depends on several parts working together: the website and the apps, the upload, the AI processing, the report pages and email. Each part can fail in a different way.

Large files, reports with many pages and photos that are hard to read can take longer to process. A sharp, complete file is usually the fastest way to a result.

Check the service status

Our status page shows whether the service is working normally. Check it first if something seems slow or does not work.

How we keep the service running

  • Kantesti Voice audio is prepared in the background. If it cannot be created, your written report is still delivered in full, only without the audio player.
Two report cards: one with an audio bar, one where the audio bar is faded but the text is complete, with a green check
If audio cannot be made, the full written report still arrives

How we tell you about incidents

An incident is any event that stops the service, or a part of it, from working as it should.

  • During an incident, we post updates in these places: the status page.

If something does not work

  1. Check the status page.
  2. Wait a few minutes and try again. Refresh the page or restart the app.
  3. If an upload fails, check that your file is a PDF, JPG or PNG, and that the photo is sharp and complete.
  4. If the problem continues, contact us through our contact page. Tell us the time, the device and the browser or app you used, and what you saw on the screen.
  5. A screenshot of an error message helps. Make sure it shows no health information, and do not send your lab report with your message.

Keep your original lab report in a safe place. It remains the official record of your results, and you can always take it to your doctor, even when an online service is not available.

If you need medical advice urgently, do not wait for the service to work again. Contact a doctor or emergency services.

Our approach to transparency

We describe what we actually do, and we do not publish service targets that we cannot show. In this Trust Center, we publish figures such as uptime only when we can show their source and period.
