5. Microsoft Azure Marketplace Terms

13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
- Unused quota is forfeited (no refunds)
- All data is deleted per our retention policy
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Enterprise customers may request data export within 30 days of termination. Standard fees apply for data export services.
