Supplement Advisor

A supplement plan based on DNA and blood

The Supplement Advisor turns the DNA report, the blood test and a 25-question questionnaire into a personalised plan: what to take, how much, when, for how long, what to avoid and when to re-test.

Three sources, one plan

DNA

Nutrient metabolism, methylation, detoxification and drug-response genes.

Blood test

Optional: measured levels such as vitamin D, ferritin or homocysteine.

Questionnaire

25 questions: diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress, digestion, medications, allergies, pregnancy, goals, budget and preferred forms.

Safe doses, cautions and interaction checksDoses stay within tolerable upper intake levels, with pregnancy-safe limits. Cautions and interactions are listed, and items needing a prescriber are flagged for clinician review.

What each recommendation includes

Every recommendation explains itself: the genetic, laboratory and questionnaire reasons behind it, and how strong the evidence is.

  • Name, form, dose, timing and duration.
  • Priority and evidence level: established, probable or preliminary.
  • Cautions, interactions and the marker to re-test.
  • Food sources for each nutrient, and what to avoid.

Safety rules built in

  • Doses stay within the tolerable upper intake level for age, sex and pregnancy status. No megadoses.
  • No iron, iodine, vitamin A or high-dose vitamin D without a laboratory value or a strong genetic reason.
  • Pregnancy-safe limits apply when a patient is pregnant, breastfeeding or planning, and also when the status is unknown for women of childbearing age.
  • Every recommendation is checked against the listed medications and conditions for interactions.
  • Anything that needs a prescriber's decision is listed under clinician review required.
  • The report never advises starting, stopping or changing a prescribed medication.

Your clinic's own products

Enter the products your clinic stocks, up to 200, in the clinic panel's supplement settings. It is the same catalogue Nutrition Diet AI uses.

Prefer clinic products

Your products are recommended where they fit; other needs get evidence-based suggestions.

Only clinic products

Only your products are recommended; needs they do not cover are listed separately.

Catalogue off

The advisor recommends generic nutrients only.

Add your own instructions for the AI (up to 1,500 characters) and set the maximum number of recommendations per plan, from 3 to 12. Safety rules always take priority.
